Migration from SuisseID to the Abacus Access App

This app is a 2-factor authentication (2FA) from Abacus, which allows users to add a second factor to their login. The new mobile app will be made available in phases starting in February 2020 for the 2018 - 2020 versions:

-> Abacus Version 2020 with the 15.02.2020 Release.
-> Abacus Version 2019 with the 15.03.2020 Service Pack
-> Abacus Version 2018 with the 15.04.2020 Service Pack
